Privacy

Your information should have a clear job.

This notice explains what Journals Research collects on this site, why it is used, and how you can change your mind.

Information you provide

Join requests include your name, email, organization, research field, career stage, and recorded consent. Contact submissions include the details and message you choose to provide.

Please do not submit confidential research data, patient information, credentials, or unpublished manuscript files through these forms.

How it is used

An unconfirmed join request is held only to complete confirmation and cannot be used for outreach. After confirmation, information supports the community relationship and the academic updates you requested.

Contact submissions are used to review and respond to the stated request. They do not create unrelated marketing permission.

Preferences and retention

Academic messages include a direct preference link. Unsubscribing stops the relevant marketing preference; resubscription requires an explicit action.

Pending requests expire, operational records are retained only as needed for delivery, security, consent evidence, and legal obligations, and access is limited to authorized systems and operators.

Your request

Use the contact form and choose “Privacy or preferences” to request access, correction, deletion, or clarification. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.

Effective 20 August 2026. This operational notice reflects the current service and should be reviewed when processing or providers change.
